Lisa believes in the strong connection between creativity, expression and wellness.

Having a creativity practice is just as essential to one’s wellbeing as eating right, getting enough sleep and exercising. In her workshops and retreats, she encourages and supports her students to let go of overthinking, and having to be perfect, in order to discover and access their own true creativity.

She currently teaches a variety of Mixed Media workshops both in person and online in her virtual classroom. Lisa also host and leads her retreats “Awaken Your True Creativity” at various locations throughout the year.

We’ve invited Lisa to participate in Lemon Rebellion leading this creativity session because of her belief in and talent for taking something imperfect and making it beautiful through her art. We believe that connecting with meaningful music, poetry, and art creates an emotional space to relax and enjoy another person’s creativity and spirit, and that each of us can moved to see things in new and beautiful ways in our own lives through this experiences.
